What You Do * Deliver strategic consulting services to Allianz Group entities, focusing on business transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence. * Lead strategic initiatives including market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, operations improvement and organizational redesign. * Conduct in-depth analysis of business models, competitive landscapes,



and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. * Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders to align on goals and execution plans. * Support change management and implementation planning for strategic programs. * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership. * Drive business development efforts including proposal creation and client relationship management. What You Bring * Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field. * 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in strategy or management consulting. * Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation. * Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in strategic planning, b
