About the Role About the roleWe are looking for a Travel Retail & Business Development Manager to lead Eight & Bob's integral Travel Retail channel and to open and grow the markets in your portfolio. This is a role for someone who enjoys building. You will own your markets end to end—strategy, partners, negotiation, execution and results—and you will be the person who places Eight & Bob on the shelves of the world's best airports and most exclusive retailers,



and who opens the countries where the brand is not present yet. You will report directly to the CEO and work hand in hand with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance. Decisions are made quickly and close to the business: what you build, you will see live in the market within months.
