Key skills and Experience required * Minimum 1 year’s experience in Application Support and Incident Management * Experience managing, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and service requests * Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management * Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow * Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
