Where You’ll Make a Difference * Partner with the Sales Coordinator on daily administrative and operational activities. * Follow up on customer emails and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. * Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates. * Manage and follow up on commercial and administrative documentation. * Update forecast, databases, reports, and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy.
* Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to meet customer expectations. * Proactively identify and follow up on open actions to ensure timely resolution. * Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and high service standards. What Makes You The Right Fit * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. * Previous experience in customer service, sales operations, account coordination, or administrative roles. * Strong Computer skills: Knowledge in such as Microsoft office, Excel, PPT, Word, SAP * Desirable spoken and written communications in English and Spanish. French is a plus * Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * High level of accountability and follow-through. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
