This is a full-cycle sales position where you'll manage the customer journey from the initial contact through client meetings, product demonstrations, free-trial management and ultimately closing new subscriptions. What You'll Do * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close * Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day * Qualify prospects and identify their business needs * Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations * Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period * Convert free trials into paying customers * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Track key KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR * Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity * Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team Leads are automatically assigned, allowing you to focus on prospecting, selling and closing. Uncapped Commission Base salary: €30,000 gross/year Target monthly commission: €600 Your commission increases based on performance: * Below 80% x1 * 80% target x1.3 * 100% target x2 (€1,200) * 150% target x3 (€1,800) Quarterly Accelerator: If your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, commissions generated during the entire quarter are recalculated using the 3x multiplier.
