Reporting to the Head of Account Management Europe, you will manage a client portfolio on the Spanish market. Your responsibilities will include: Participating in client onboarding: * Project management and coordination with other internal departments (Implementation, Legal, Compliance, and Finance) * Organizing and leading client meetings * Assisting with contract signing * Assisting with the creation of the agent or distributor file * Assisting during the implementation phase * Participating in the follow-up of clients in production Project management and coordination of the Client relationship: * Organizing and leading monthly/quarterly client meetings * Keeping track of and sharing the client’s news (both externally and within Treezor) * Monitoring tickets and requests to provide solutions * Working as a team and coordinating communication with the client * Ensuring client satisfaction * Upselling services offered by Treezor Management of additional tasks:
