Job Description The Senior Credit Risk Analyst will be a key member of the Structured Loans Department,



which is dedicated to building and maintaining a strong performing portfolio of loans to SMEs and Real Estate companies across Europe. Primary Responsibilities * Analyse, prepare and present credit cases to the Credit team and to the Credit Committee; * Support and interact with the Credit and Sales teams in the analysis of new deal opportunities; * Take an active role and participate in negotiations and in borrower relationships; * Review loan documentation together with the legal team; * Draft term sheets and engagement letters; * Anticipate any credit deterioration through active monitoring of borrowers using digital technology; * Participate in the portfolio and borrower companies monitoring. Qualifications * Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration; * Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role at a bank or private debt fund; * Knowledge of loan products and/or bonds and Dutch law; * Strong analytical and writing skills; * Excellent numerical and financial modelling skills; *
