After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets. About the role * Identify and engage high-potential German B2B prospects through outbound channels including email, phone, LinkedIn, and personalised multichannel sequences * Qualify inbound and outbound leads by uncovering business needs, decision-making structure, and buying readiness,



then hand over well-scoped opportunities to Account Executives * Become a trusted product expert on Genesy AI, clearly articulating its value in helping German companies improve prospecting efficiency and outbound performance * Work closely with Marketing and the Expansion Lead to test, refine, and scale messaging, sequences, and vertical hypotheses for the German market * Own activity tracking and CRM hygiene, reporting on key metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, qualified calls, and demo conversion * Collect and share market feedback (objections, competitive tools, ICP signals, vertical-specific pains) to support market validation and repeatable go-to-market strategy * Act as a founding contributor in the German expansion, helping shape early playbooks, processes, and best practices for future hires About you * Native German speaker and fluent in English * 1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech-driven environ
