Experteer Overview In this role you will guide onboarding for Guesty’s customers, turning them into proficient users of a scalable hospitality platform. You’ll partner with clients to tailor configurations, deliver impactful training, and ensure smooth adoption while acting as the trusted advisor. You’ll work cross-functionally to gather feedback and drive product improvements, contributing to customer success at scale. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends technical problem-solving with clear communication and process ownership.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead customer onboarding with configuration, training, and relationship management
- Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor
- Customize account settings to meet client needs and optimize usage
- Conduct product training sessions via video and tailor to client needs
- Maintain regular follow-ups to boost engagement and utilization
- Serve as primary contact during onboarding for product usage questions
- Develop deep knowledge of the Guesty platform to support customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Assess customer business and technical needs to propose best-fit configurations




- Gather feedback for Product teams and help create onboarding materials and best practices
- Own project elements: requirements gathering, data migration/validation, and configuration
- Handle escalations with CSM and CX teams to resolve issuesResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in a similar Professional Services, Technical Account Manager, or Enterprise Support Engineer role in a B2B SaaS company
- Professional proficiency in French plus German or Portuguese
- Technical background with proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Proven project ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
