Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as the SAP Authorization Senior Consultant supporting German customers within SD Worx’s SAP Global AMS organization. You will manage user, role, and authorization topics to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and high service quality, with some involvement in international accounts and global activities. You’ll contribute to deployment, maintenance, and AddOn enablement on a global scale while collaborating with colleagues across borders. This is a chance to influence security governance and enable SD Worx’s international SAP footprint.

• Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations for German customers following security policies and customer requirements
• Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and authorization concepts
• Resolve authorization incidents and service requests efficiently and professionally
• Provide expert guidance on authorization best practices to customers and internal stakeholders
• Document authorization changes and processes clearly
• Participate in internal and customer audits (access reviews, segregation of duties, compliance checks) and support audit findings and corrective actions




• Support SAP transport and deployment activities according to established processes
• Contribute to global tasks like global objects maintenance and system maintenance support (e.g., HRSP) and cross-country SAP activities
• Assist in enablement and support of SD Worx SAP AddOns
• Collaborate with international colleagues to align with global standards and procedures

Responsabilidades
• More than 4 years of experience as an SAP Authorization Consultant
• Strong focus on user management, role and authorization design, and access governance
• Solid understanding of SAP authorizations audit and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
• Professional and confident communication style with customers
• Willingness to collaborate in an international/general team
• Flexibility to support topics beyond pure authorization scope
