Experteer Overview
In this role, you will design and standardize core finance processes across O2C, I2P, R2R, and Master Data Management to drive efficiency and enable automation. You will lead a high-performing team within the Finance function, shaping transformation initiatives and governance. You will uncover bottlenecks, implement improvement roadmaps, and prepare processes for RPA and AI-powered automation. Your work will support scalable, accurate financial operations across multiple markets and contribute to Glovo’s broader transformation agenda. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position with a clear ownership of process excellence and performance metrics.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Establish process standards, governance, and best practices across finance functions
• Identify bottlenecks and design improvement roadmaps aligned with transformation strategy
• Lead and develop a 5–7 person team focused on ownership, innovation, and excellence
• Oversee master data management strategy (customers, vendors, COA, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement and measure KPIs (touchless ratio, cost, quality,



headcount impact)
• Prepare processes for automation by identifying RPA/AI opportunities and documenting processes for automation

Responsabilidades
• 5–7 years’ experience in finance process management, improvement, or transformations
• Direct leadership experience with 3+ team members
• Hands-on redesign/optimization of P2P, R2R, O2C, or similar finance processes
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Microsoft)
• Process intelligence tools familiarity (Celonis)
• Process automation tools and data governance experience
• Strategic and analytical mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodology experience
