We’re growing rapidly, and Barcelona is an important part of that growth. Our Barcelona team is expanding, and we’re looking for ambitious Account Executives who wants to take ownership of a market, build a strong pipeline and have a direct impact on our growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the hunt — creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads, opening new conversations and turning them into long-term business relationships.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive, you will own the sales process from prospecting to closing and beyond.
You will:
- Build your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, research, calls, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identify and engage B2B solution providers that can benefit from connecting with senior technology decision-makers.




- Lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges, growth objectives and commercial priorities.
- Present and sell Aurora Live's value proposition, connecting our network and 1-to-1 executive meetings to tangible business outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation to negotiation and close.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and become a strategic partner rather than simply another salesperson.
- Work closely with your team and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent client experience and grow the value of your accounts.
- Take ownership of your market, learn from results and continuously improve your approach.

In this role you will create your own opportunities and have real ownership of your commercial success.
