Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, data, or AI-related roles.
Previous experience leading AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or advanced analytics teams.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end AI and Machine Learning lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning practices.
Strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise architectures.
Experience working with cloud-based AI, analytics, or data platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and operate in matrix organizations.
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management principles.
Professional-level English communication skills.
