Job Summary
The Marketing Trainee supports the Marketing Specialist in executing and monitoring Acute Care Dx marketing activities, ensuring continuity during maternity leave. The role assists with market analysis and the coordination of events, campaigns, digital initiatives, and marketing materials.
• Ensures continuity of campaigns, training, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provides organizational support while gaining hands-on marketing experience.
Key Accountabilities
Key responsibilities and ongoing duties of the role, performed in support of and under the supervision of the Marketing Specialist:
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing programs (internal, offline, and digital promotional and communication actions).
• Collaborate with other internal teams (Business Units and the sales force) in the follow-up of ongoing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Assist in gathering data and preparing reports on campaign performance and efficiency.
• Help create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Support the drafting, proofreading, and editing of creative and technical content across different channels.
• Assist in the day-to-day relationship with external agencies and vendors involved in executing marketing programs.
• Manage smaller-scope internal tasks and projects under the supervision of the marketing team.
• Support the follow-up of internal and external training programs and materials (manuals, e-learning modules, workshops) initiated by the Marketing Specialist.
• Help coordinate the logistics of training sessions delivered in-person, virtually, or in hybrid formats.
