Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the evolution of World Courier's customer portals into scalable, user-centric platforms with AI-enabled capabilities. You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver portals that simplify ordering, tracking, and document exchange while driving global adoption. The role sits at the heart of a digital transformation effort aimed at differentiating our customer experience across regions. You will shape a modern, integrated product vision and deliver measurable value through continuous improvements and AI-driven features.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Co-own and prioritize the customer portal backlog aligned to outcomes
• Drive agile delivery with engineering, design, and QA in your squad
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Own delivery across Global and China-specific Customer Portals, shipment tracking, and future mobile opportunities
• Enhance portal capabilities for order placement, visibility, event-driven notifications, document exchange, pricing, and invoicing




• Support AI-enabled features and guide practical AI opportunities into delivery
• Collaborate with Product Group Manager and cross-functional Product Owners to align roadmaps
• Work with Customer Integrations Product Owner to ensure end-to-end experiences
• Stay updated on digital trends and drive AI-informed product development

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of product management, strategy, commercialization, innovation, or related field
• 5+ years in a management capacity
• Strong experience as a Product Owner in agile environments
• Understanding of digital platforms, portals, or customer-facing applications
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with delivery and operations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Experience in globally distributed and matrixed organizations
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare logistics is desirable
• Proven ability to lead AI-enabled product development and translate AI into opportunities
