YOUR MISSION

In the role of PLECA Partner Ads & Promo Analyst, you will play a key role in achieving our Revenue Business Plan and driving the overall commercial performance of the country. Your main focus will be unlocking growth opportunities through data-driven commercial insights. This includes building tools for local teams, and using data to evaluate the current promotions strategy to continuously improve it.

You will help shape the Commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Commercials, as well as cross-functional stakeholders from Headquarters, to improve performance and maximize value for our partners,



focusing on optimizing partner value and improving operational efficiency through analytical and automation-driven initiatives.

THE JOURNEY - Define and execute the commercial strategy for Glovo PLECA Countries:

• Partner Ads & Promotions Strategy: Lead the strategy for Partner Ads and Promotions, including development of sales pipelines and conversion funnels. Improve processes, reporting, and tooling to maximize commercial efficiency and campaign performance.
• Data & Reporting: Consolidate, optimize, and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports used to track key KPIs and partner investments in Ads products. Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.
• Commercial Project Support: Support the Commercial team with data-driven projects such as Business Planning, partner P&L; analysis, Account Manager portfolio management, forecasting, and target setting.
