THE ROLEWe are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead all of Hispania's paid acquisition: Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn and any other platform where our future students are. You will plan, launch, measure and optimize campaigns in several countries and languages at the same time.
This is an in-house role, not an agency account. You won't manage us as one more client among many:



you will be part of the team, with full ownership of the results. And the result we care about is not clicks or cheap leads: it is students who enroll, pay and arrive in Valencia.
You arrive at the right moment: a brand-new visual identity, a new website and landing pages, and several tech initiatives being rolled out. You will build our media plan and our measurement foundations, not inherit someone else's.
What you'll do:
• Build and own the media plan: budgets by market, platform and product, with clear KPIs and pacing adapted to the seasonality of education.
• Own measurement end to end (GTM, GA4, Pixel/CAPI, Search Console, CRM offline conversions) so platforms optimize towards enrollments, not form fills.
• Build and manage campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn with a dedicated structure per country and platform, and localized messaging.
