Role Description The Sales Agent role at Prince Estates is a full-time, hybrid position based in Palma. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, managing a personal portfolio of buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings and consultations and securing property listings. The Sales Agent will prepare and present property listings, collaborate with clients to understand their goals, and guide them through negotiations, contracts, and closing processes. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external partners, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and supporting bespoke marketing initiatives for premium homes. Success in this role requires a proactive, service-oriented approach, strong follow-through, and consistent communication with local and international clients.
