Role Overview
The EMEA Regional Distribution Sales Manager will drive sales growth through Genea Biomedx’s distributor network across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As the primary commercial contact for distributors throughout the region, this person will build strong relationships, develop country-level sales plans and proactively provide the manufacturer support needed to help distributors succeed. The role requires frequent travel to meet distributor teams, visit customers jointly and understand local market opportunities and challenges.
Working closely with regional Commercial and operations teams, the manager will coordinate product, clinical, technical, marketing and operational support to strengthen distributor performance and ensure customer commitments are followed through.

Key Responsibilities
Distributor Relationships and Sales Growth
• Manage relationships and regular communication with all distributors across EMEA.




• Agree sales targets, business plans and priority activities with each distributor, and monitor progress through regular reviews.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and support distributors in converting their sales pipelines into orders.
• Conduct frequent visits to meet distributor management and sales teams, review performance and agree practical actions.
• Join distributor customer visits, trade show, product presentations and commercial discussions to help secure new business.
• Assess distributor capability, market coverage and engagement, and recommend improvements or changes where needed.
• Identify and evaluate potential new distributors in underserved markets.

Manufacturer Support and Coordination
• Serve as the main point of contact for distributors seeking support from Genea Biomedx.
