Join Our Team
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator / Administrator to join our growing property team in Aguamarina, Dehesa de Campoamor.
This is a primarily office-based role, adecuado for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
You will play an important role in supporting clients throughout their property journey — from their initial enquiry through to viewings and ongoing communication — while providing valuable administrative support to our sales team.

Your Responsibilities
• Managing new client enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
• Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
• Coordinating property viewings, appointments and meetings
• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
• Communicating professionally with clients and helping to build strong relationships




• Following up with clients and ensuring no opportunities are missed
• Providing a consistently high level of customer service
• Assisting with general office administration and coordination

What We're Looking For
• Fluent English and Spanish – essential
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A professional, positive and approachable attitude
• Comfortable working with systems, processes and regular follow-up
• Confident dealing with clients by phone, email and in person
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales or property is preferred, but not essential
• A genuine interest in developing a career within the property industry
