職務内容:

• Prepare amendments form and verify the accuracy of supporting documents for submission to TG public warehouse and the Customs Department.




• Representing the company in handling customs amendment procedures with TG public warehouse & Customs officials.
• Provide a professional and accurate explanation to customs officials on reason for amend.
• Perform the payment of fine charge for amend to Customs and amendment fee to TG public warehouse.
• Coordinate with the Compiler and Rater team to update amend status or update additional required from Customs (if have)
• Update status in comment F9 and Work Portal including amendment charge for call-out team send payment notification to customer.
• Create LOG report and LOG payment send to F&A; team.
• Strictly adhere to company regulations and customs regulations.
