Context
The role is the link between business and the development team. It gathers requirements and turns them into functional and technical specifications, coordinates Agile delivery and keeps the platforms stable.
Main responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specs
• Own and prioritize the backlog, and take part in all Agile ceremonies
• Coordinate UAT, deployments and validation of deliverables
• Manage and prioritize user incidents, and escalate when needed
• Coordinate with the infrastructure, network, cybersecurity and help desk teams
• Run projects end to end: planning, tracking and reporting

Must have
• 4+ years as Project Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in IT environments
• Proven experience coordinating Agile development teams
• JIRA
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, data flows and CI/CD (no coding)
• Professional English

Nice to have
• Knowledge of the Iberian power markets
• DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes), ETL, data visualization, Azure/AWS
