DevOps Engineer
Project Summary:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Open Source Program Office (OSPO), a transversal team supporting all InnerSource repositories and projects across our entities. The role covers the design, automation and operation of the infrastructure, pipelines, monitoring and platform services of the OSPO ecosystem, with a strong focus on GitHub. The team works in Agile.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions workflows and automation
- Manage GitHub Apps, integrations, webhooks and repository automation across multiple GitHub organizations
- Operate and evolve observability and monitoring platforms
- Build dashboards, KPIs and adoption metrics pipelines using OpenSearch and GrimoireLab
- Implement Infrastructure as Code, GitOps practices and self-service capabilities




- Handle incident management, troubleshooting and capacity planning

Mandatory Experience:
- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Cloud Operations
- Expert level on GitHub: Actions, Apps, repository management and automation workflows
- Cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP), Terraform or equivalent, Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Observability: metrics, logging, alerting and dashboards with OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus or similar
- Open Source and InnerSource practices in international, cross-functional environments; autonomous and proactive

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
