The Senior Business Operations Manager is responsible for improving the operational structure, reporting and day-to-day governance that help the business run efficiently and consistently. This is a Senior Manager role: it requires strong, varied operational experience,



the ability to lead medium-to-large or more complex cross-functional initiatives with some oversight, and the judgement to make well-reasoned recommendations that balance impact, risk and practicality. The role combines revenue operations, business analysis, process improvement, and quality management as part of a broader business operations remit. It works closely with the Head of Operations, the wider Operations function, the Go-To-Market team, and company-wide stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear processes, reliable reporting and practical operational improvements.
