ROLE PURPOSE

The Emerging Talent Recruitment Analyst is responsible for the identification, video evaluation, and continuous monitoring of high-potential players aged 16–21, primarily to support recruitment for the U19 and the B Team.
The role is focused on video scouting and talent identification,



combining systematic coverage of assigned leagues and competitions with the evaluation of specific players identified through the club’s recruitment process. The position is responsible for producing written and video player reports, and for keeping player information, positional depth charts and talent pools up to date in the club’s recruitment database.
The role contributes to the club’s recruitment strategy by:

• Identifying high-potential players aged 16–21 who fit the club’s sporting requirements.
• Building a sustainable talent pipeline for the U19, B Team and ultimately the First Team.
• Providing high-quality written and video player evaluations to support recruitment decisions.
