About the role
Love Brand Group is looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer to join our technology team and help build and evolve our digital platforms for community management and campaigns across European markets.
You will work mainly with PHP and Laravel, while also contributing to databases, APIs, background processes and the frontend. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the Tech Lead and product/business stakeholders to deliver and improve real production features.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, solve problems independently and write code that is clear, maintainable and well tested.

What you'll do:
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Develop full-stack features across backend, database and frontend.
• Design and work with relational databases, queries, migrations and data integrity.
• Work with queues, jobs,



events and asynchronous processes.
• Investigate bugs, performance issues and production problems, identifying their root causes.
• Write automated tests and contribute to code reviews and refactoring.
• Work with Git and pull requests as part of the development workflow.
• Work from Jira tasks and acceptance criteria, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving our development practices, code quality and platform reliability.

What we're looking for:

Required
• 2+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 year working with PHP in production.
• Strong practical experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software design.
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.
