About The Role

The HR generalist performs all HR-related duties of the team member life cycle for our Italian team members in close cooperation with the local Management team and the Global HR team. He/she supports the development of the Italian team to make ZimVie in Italy an attractive place to work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cover all areas of HR for the ZimVie teams in Italy with around 50 employees from hire to retire




• Recruit new team members in Italy according to the country's needs and budget plan to always ensure fully staffed teams and develop the local recruitment strategy
• Onboard new team members and ensure good integration
• Take care of the annual training and development plan in cooperation with the local leadership team
• Support all HR-related general programs, like the annual Performance and Merit review process
• Cooperate with the external payroll provider and ensure correct and timely monthly payroll
• Execute disciplinary measures in cooperation with the managers and external lawyers
• Support Health & Safety measures for the entity
• Responsible for all necessary documentation to maintain up-to-date and accurate team member files (contracts, etc.)
• Participate in local and global HR projects

What You’ll Need

• BA or master’s degree in HR or similar (e.g., Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HR
• Min. 3 – 5 years of professional experience in the gen
