About the Role

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Technician, Data Center to join our Data Center Operations team in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid, Spain. As part of our critical facility team,



you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our customers' physical infrastructure running smoothly while maintaining peak environmental and operational standards. You will have the opportunity to directly impact uptime, manage site inventory, and deliver reliable smart-hands support in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Provide smart-hands physical support: Execute server racking, network cabling, hardware installations, and on-site troubleshooting for customer requests.
• Manage daily operational ticket queues: Monitor, resolve, and route service tickets in ServiceNow while maintaining accurate inventory and tracking shipping and receiving tasks.
• Maintain facility environmental & power standards: Monitor critical power and cooling reports, validate operational readings for billing accuracy, and collaborate on incident response.
• Escort and support facility visitors: Act as a key point of contact for custome
