Role Description The Culinary Tour Guide role is a contract, on-site position based in Bilabo and / or San Sebastian. This role involves leading small-group culinary tours through local neighborhoods, introducing participants to traditional and contemporary food spots, markets, and artisans.



The guide researches and curates routes, shares engaging stories about local cuisine, culture, and history, and ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming participants, managing tour logistics, coordinating with partner venues, answering questions, and handling on-the-spot problem solving. The guide also gathers feedback, supports sales by promoting upcoming tours and experiences, and represents Culinary Backstreets with professional and inclusive conduct.
