Spendbase is a fintech company that provides businesses with multi-currency accounts, corporate cards, and spend management in one platform. With a team of 200+ people, we’re scaling globally and building a financial product that founders and finance teams love.

We’re now looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager who wants more than a quota. In this role, you’ll win new clients through outbound sales and build our partner and reseller network from the ground up. You’ll have the freedom to choose your approach, the support of founders and senior leadership, and a real voice in how Spendbase grows in new markets.

What you’ll do:
• Own the full sales cycle for Spendbase business banking: Discovery → call / demo → close deal
• Build pipeline from scratch — identify and approach companies within the defined ICP
• Run discovery to understand clients’ banking and spend challenges, tooling and buying processes




• Deliver tailored product demos to senior stakeholders (Founders, CFO, Finance, Operations)
• Negotiate and close commercial terms with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
• Actively identify, approach and sign new resellers and partners (accounting firms, corporate service providers, accelerators, VCs, agencies, fintech platforms)
• Negotiate partner agreements — referral fees, revenue share, co-marketing terms
• Onboard and enable partners with training and sales materials, and co-sell with them on key deals
• Help to build sales processes and playbooks for direct and partner channels
• Track pipeline health, deal progress, partner-sourced revenue and performance
• Collaborate with product and leadership on ICP refinement and messaging based on field feedback

What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in fintech (business banking, payments, cards, or spend management) — this is a must
• Proven track record
