As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional spa experience from arrival to departure. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the spa, combining outstanding guest service with strong coordination, administrative, and sales skills.

About The Role

As a Spa Receptionist at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, you are an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, responsible for creating memorable wellness experiences through personalized service and operational excellence.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week)



offered on a permanent contract, with a schedule aligned to the operational needs of the Spa.

You will work closely with Spa Therapists, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Spa while delivering exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming guests and managing the spa check-in and check-out process in a professional and friendly manner.
• Managing spa reservations, treatment schedules, and therapist agendas using Book4Time and Opera, ensuring accuracy and optimal scheduling.
• Providing personalized information about spa treatments, wellness services, facilities, and retail products.
• Promoting treatments, memberships, packages, and products to maximize gue
