• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
• Consolidate and build the customer base
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
• Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

• Language Skills: C2 level of French with good English skills
• 18 months sales experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision
• CRM Experience: working knowledge with CRM systems
• Communication Skills: effective communication skills, able to express ideas clearly,



foster collaboration, and build strong relationships
• Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
