We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Iberia to lead our Fertility commercial organization across Spain and Portugal. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a passion for developing high-performing teams, driving business growth, and shaping the future of fertility care.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of Account Managers, Equipment & Service specialists,



and Key Account professionals to achieve ambitious growth objectives across the full CooperSurgical Fertility portfolio.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing regional sales strategies, driving adoption of existing and new products and services, supporting key account initiatives, and building strong relationships with fertility clinics, laboratory leaders, and Key Opinion Leaders across Spain and Portugal.
The position reports directly to the General Manager Iberia and requires regular travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Iberia Sales team to achieve revenue, market share, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
• Create a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development of team members.
