Experteer Overview As a People Business Partner in the People Team, you will shape the HR agenda for assigned business areas and partner with leaders to implement workforce strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders through organizational design, talent development, performance, and engagement initiatives. - Co-create and implement HR initiatives with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) across workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles and engagement programs
- Build strong partnerships with assigned business leaders to interpret and apply People Team strategies
- Act as trusted advisor on people-related matters, guiding leaders through needs assessment and action planning




- Lead through change in dynamic, mid-sized organization contexts and support ambiguity with clarityResponsabilidades
- 2 years of proven HR Business Partner experience
- Experience partnering with HR Centers of Expertise (People Expertise Areas)
- Ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity
- Conflict resolution and change management skills
- Hands-on experience delivering HR programs across the full employee lifecycle
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate people data into actions
- Familiarity with AI tools/technologies applied in HR (talent acquisition, engagement analysis, performance management)Requisitos principales
