Tasks

We are looking for a Franchise Expansion Manager to support and accelerate our international growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the franchise expansion process from the first contact with potential partners through evaluation, negotiation, signing and handover to the implementation team.

You will work closely with prospective franchisees, internal teams and external partners to identify the right opportunities,



develop new markets and ensure that each new partnership fits our brand, commercial objectives and long-term expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming franchise leads and proactively identify new potential franchise partners.

• Qualify prospective franchisees based on financial capacity, operational experience, market knowledge and strategic fit.

• Conduct introductory calls, presentations and franchise meetings with potential partners.

• Manage the franchise sales pipeline and maintain accurate follow-up of opportunities and next steps.

• Prepare business cases, market assessments and commercial proposals for new territories.

• Support negotiations of franchise agreements, development agreements, territory rights, entry fees and commercial conditions.

• Coordinate the due diligence and approval process for prospective franchise partners.
