The Adam Hall Group is a leading manufacturer of event technology and offers innovative solutions for professional audio, lighting, stage and event technology. To support and further expand our sales team, we are looking for a business- and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will support our technical sales activities and product portfolio for professional users in close cooperation with our field sales team. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, provide product advice, coordinate sales processes, and contribute to building long-term customer relationships through excellent service and support.

These are your tasks:
• You will work in an Inside Sales team in the back office and support the field sales staff in their service of the sales regions.

• Your main focus will be sales support and advice for customers in the pro audio, lighting and stage equipment sectors.

• You will take on challenges and problems, analyse them and answer queries from the customer, so as to deliver solutions from our portfolio of services and products.





• You will qualify customer enquiries, advise customers and close sales projects in coordination with field sales staff.

• You will maintain contact with customers and partners on the phone, by e-mail and at trade fairs, and support the development and expansion of the customer database.

What you bring with you:
EXPERIENCE: Professional experience in B2B sales and/or customer service, ideally in a technical environment.
KNOW-HOW: Successfully completed commercial, technical, or academic training. Knowledge of the event and stage technology industry and its products is an advantage. Good commercial understanding combined with technical affinity. Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and MS Office.
SOFT SKILLS: Strong communication skills, especially on the telephone, a customer-oriented mindset, a high level of personal responsibility and initiative, and the ability to work effectiv
