About the role

A integral transformation is happening across our Supply Chain function—one where we are intentionally and thoughtfully reimagining how we partner with the business. As Associate Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Procurement you will help shape how Baxter works with logistics partners, improving value,



service, and resilience across a complex international network.

You will lead sourcing and supplier-management activities across transportation, warehousing and related logistics services, partnering closely with business teams to deliver savings, supplier performance improvements, and operational excellence. Your focus will be EMEA, with support for APAC and global initiatives when needed.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence regional decisions, and contribute to a broader Supply Chain transformation that will make everyday operations simpler and more effective.

What you'll be doing

• Shape sourcing strategies for transport and logistics services, leading market reviews, competitive tenders, supplier evaluations, and negotiations so Baxter secures the right combination of cost, quality, capacity, and service.
