Job Description
The Presales Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to fashion customers. The Presales Consultant is a key contributor in selling Lectra’s SaaS solutions to our prospects and customers in Iberia region. He/She analyzes and understands the clients’ stakes, needs and environment, supporting the sales team, in order to meet their business and technical needs and goals. He/she will work closely with the Sales team to promote and demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions, with a primary focus on our next generation solution, a cloud-based digital product development platform. The Presales Consultant builds compelling proposals aligned with customer strategic objectives, alongside members of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Sales team in qualifying, in depth, opportunities and defining proposals to meet customer needs
• Work closely with customers to understand and capture their requirements and identify their main expected outcomes
• Facilitate customer understanding of our value proposition through outstanding presentations tailored to customer’s ecosystem
• Ensure the handover of the project to Customer Success teams
Profile Description
PROFILE
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Fashion Design & Development or a related field will be required
• 2 years or above working experience sales, presales, consultancy, or industrial experience, preferably in a similar market as Lectra's offer
• Strong interest for sales and customer-facing roles
• Solid industry expertise and knowledge in digital transformation
• Strong value approach and ability to translate features into benefits that resonate with current customers' challenges
• Ability to create a desire for Lectra's solutions and engage the customer emotionally by creating a preference to buy and a feeling of fondness about the product or service
