Position: Senior Producer
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Location: On site - Madrid
Hours/Shifts: 40 hours
Position Overview
The Senior Producer will coordinate multiple markets, assets and production teams, define production plans, align priorities and resources with the team,
and manage the resolution of issues that could affect quality or delivery.
The role combines hands-on project management with guidance of other Producers and responsibility for improving production workflows. It requires a strong understanding of theatrical localization, including the dependencies between graphics, subtitling, dubbing, QC and final delivery.
Responsibilities
• Manage complex graphics localization campaigns from initial briefing through to final delivery, taking ownership of production schedules, dependencies and delivery readiness.
• Assess incoming briefs for completeness, complexity and feasibility, confirming realistic schedules and resource requirements before committing to delivery.
• Coordinate priorities across concurrent projects, resolving scheduling conflicts and capacity concerns with Producers and creative Leads.
