Your position

As GSS Regional Business Partner, you will play a central role in connecting our Integral Shared Services (GSS) teams with regional business operations. Acting as a focal point for both sides, you’ll oversee performance, foster collaboration, and ensure a unified "One Team" approach across Shared Services and the business. By driving operational excellence, process stabilization, and stakeholder satisfaction, you will directly contribute to RHI Magnesita’s efficiency and continuous improvement journey.

Your tasks

• Managing the performance of external service partners in collaboration with global GSS teams and ensuring strong local business alignment

• Building a collaborative bridge between business and shared services while embedding a "One Team Approach" mindset

• Serving as key contact for escalations from the business and shared services per the established escalation matrix

• Reviewing and signing off shared services KPIs/SLAs while ensuring timely issue resolution and performance improvement

• Monitoring internal control results,



driving corrective measures and supporting continuous process improvement at the regional level

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Several years of professional experience in shared services, business partnering, or operational performance management

• Proven skills in stakeholder management, service governance, and cross-functional collaboration

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive improvement

• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills in an international context

Languages: English – fluent
