Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

We’re not looking for a traditional hotel CCO. We’re looking for someone to build the commercial engine behind what comes next at The Social Hub. With 21 hubs across 8 countries and a major portfolio transformation underway, there’s a lot to play with: rooms, Meetings & Events, membership, coworking, F&B; and the communities around our hubs. Your job is to turn all of that into one connected commercial model that drives revenue, strengthens our direct business, and improves profitability. You’ll bring several teams together cross-functionally and make them work harder as one team. At the same time, you’ll help shape how we scale, both through our own assets and through Hotel Management Agreements. Big mandate, plenty of room to make your mark.

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going general.

What You’ll Do

• Build and lead a scalable commercial model across our international portfolio, connecting Revenue, Sales, Distribution, CRM, Digital and Partnerships.
• Turn Project Electrify and our upgraded portfolio into stronger revenue performance and better margins.
• Grow direct business and reduce our reliance on OTA channels through smarter distribution, pricing and demand generation.
• Build rooms, Meetings & Events, membership, coworking and F&B; into connected revenue str
