RESPONSABILITIES
TDBSC mission is to deliver Digital Systems and IT Activities focused on Asset Readiness Support Center which designs for service and delivers reliable integrated product support for all customers and aircraft thus improving availability and serviceability to enable mission readiness at lower life cycle cost.
• Relevant business processes/capabilities include:
• Reliability- & maintainability engineering and maintenance planning
• Logistic Support analysis (LSA), Initial Provisioning (IP)
• Technical data/publications, Ground support & test equipment (GSTE)
• Life cycle cost (LCC) analysis
• Customer portals and customer technical support
• Service Bulletins provisioning
About the Role In this role, your primary mission is to act as the strategic architect of business requirements for the digital evolution of our Derivatives programs. You will be the key link between operational stakeholders and the technical development teams,
focusing on the definition and design of next-generation successor tools for programs such as PATMAR, MRTT+, A321 AEW&C;, and others.
Your goal is to deeply understand the evolving needs of our business users and translate them into precise, high-value functional requirements. You will ensure that the new tools being built are not just technically sound, but are perfectly aligned with the complex operational workflows of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and In-Service Support (ISS), ultimately ensuring a seamless transition from legacy processes to future-ready digital solutions.
Requirements:
- Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strateg
