This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Golang/TypeScript/React) based in Spain.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help build and evolve a data-intensive platform used by major organisations to make informed business decisions. You will own features end-to-end, from initial concept and architecture through development, testing, and production. The role combines backend engineering in Go with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript. You will contribute to highly scalable systems that collect, process, validate, and serve large volumes of financial data. Beyond feature delivery, you will influence technical strategy, engineering standards, observability, and development practices. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team where technical ownership, continuous learning, and meaningful impact are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontend applications.





•
Take full ownership of features from ideation and technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

•
Build performant, accessible, and polished customer-facing interfaces using React, TypeScript, and established design systems.

•
Develop reliable backend services and web application backends using Go and deploy applications through Docker-based environments.

•
Make architectural and technical decisions while balancing existing systems, new technologies, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

•
Improve application and service performance, reliability, monitoring, and observability.

•
Establish and maintain high engineering standards through clean-code practices, code reviews, documentation, and consistent development patterns.
