Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat to German-speaking clientele.




• Represent major international brands within the Customer Support Services sector by maintaining professional and empathetic communication standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex user inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support workflows and continuous process improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient guidance to our diverse user base.
• Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and KPIs.

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering superior Customer Support Services.
