At McDonald’s, we are looking for a fixed-term Product Development Specialist to join our Marketing team in Madrid for approximately seven months.

The main purpose of this role will be to lead the design of McDonald’s local portfolio while assessing and optimizing its composition. Bring product innovation to the table to accelerate overall business performance in the short term.

What will key accountabilities be?

• Support in the development of the marketing plan by providing strategic reflection, recommendations, and action plans to the Marketing Manager. This must be based on market and consumer analysis, including the collection of key gastronomic trends, changes in consumer behavior, and movements of main competitors, with a focus on the development of the product portfolio.





• Ensure that brand’s portfolio has the right platforms and products, aligning it with consumer trends and minimizing operational complexity.

• Lead and coordinate the product development plan following internal procedures for that matter, interacting with suppliers in search for innovative ideas, and collaborating with other departments to guarantee the best product experience possible to our customers.

• Participate in the development of consumer testing, in partnership with BI team.

• Partner with the BI department in sales forecasting of promotional activations.

• Analyze and control platform's profitability, including breakdown by platform, understanding contributions to total F&P;, and tracking evolution over time.
