Hours/Shifts: 40 hours – Hybrid Model

Reports to: Team Lead Subtitling

Position Overview

The Account Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of subtitling and localization projects by facilitating communication between clients, freelance vendors,



internal teams, and production stakeholders. The role is responsible for project tracking, material management, vendor coordination, administrative support, and ensuring project-related information is accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of subtitling and localization projects from project intake through delivery.
• Track and update project status, milestones, and deadlines. Maintain project records and documentation.
• Escalate risks, delays, or issues to the Team Lead when appropriate.
• Support project-related communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and delivery requirements.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Media Operations, Quality, and other internal teams to support project execution.
• Maintain records of approved freelanc
