• You will be the administrator of JobDiva, our Applicant Tracking System.



The administrator of this ATS includes:Setting up access and partnering with stakeholders to evolve the ATS based on the business needs;Setup and reconciling the system to ensure appropriate customer structure and billing;Educating all users as they first integrate with the system and then on an adhoc basisUnderstanding the capabilities of the ATS and working within our internal team to evaluate/evolve processes and increase automationManage ad hoc, non-customer billing, reporting
• You will work across all the Operations functions to include credentialing, payroll and system management to be able to support other team members;
• You will manage various reporting using different systems;
• You will manage other duties as assigned.
