In this role, you will join Oliver Wyman’s Banking u0026amp; Financial Services practice to tackle finance and risk strategy, transformations, and AI-enabled risk modelling for clients. You’ll work with European partners to shape solutions that drive performance, risk management, and capital efficiency. You will lead analysis, break down complex problems, and guide junior consultants, delivering insights that support strategic decisions. This is a junior-to-mid senior position in a high-growth, collaborative firm with a strong culture and global reach.

Responsabilidades
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Services consulting or banking
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top university
• Outstanding written and oral communication; ability to adapt style for different stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong quantitative problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and create an inclusive environment
• Willingness to travel globally and work under pressure
• Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
