Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Back End in the Engineering function across AMP-E plants, driving manufacturing standards and continuous improvement. You will shape the Engineering Management Team’s strategy and ensure safe, compliant operations, while coordinating cross-site initiatives and major projects. You’ll work closely with IT and process owners to integrate new developments into the manufacturing system and optimize cost and efficiency. This position combines leadership with hands-on project execution to support AMP-E’s manufacturing excellence.

• Lead the Back End Team in Engineering and participate in the Engineering Management Team
• Implement objectives and strategy of the Manufacturing Engineering Organization
• Head the Back End Department, develop and motivate staff, support HR measures
• Identify training needs and development opportunities aligned with future needs
• Manage projects of varying size (Major Projects and Process Improvements)
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of installed equipment (CE, etc.)




• Maintain information flow within group and across AMP-E plants to support CI
• Drive continuous process improvement of Back End processes
• Define, implement and secure AMP-E manufacturing standards
• Support CAPEX definition and preparation with plant technical managers
• Assist in efficiency studies and cost reduction programs
• Integrate new tech into the manufacturing system and liaise with other functions
• Act as main contact for process owners for applications, changes, and new requirements
• Lead and advise internal/external teams on projects, ensuring best-cost value
• Coordinate with IT Application to enable interoperability of systems
• Monitor outsourced Application Support Services with ERP AMPS team

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable
• u003e 10 years manufacturing experience in the Can Business (plant level and leadership)
• International project experience
• Fluent English; other European languages advantageous
• MS Office
