Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage client interactions across the Customer Journey Map to boost satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with PMs to ensure project success and delivery quality, while leading sales activities and future-proofing client value. You’ll guide consultative sessions, oversee presales and scope negotiations, and collaborate across teams to align on strategy and delivery. This is a client-facing role focused on growth, value realization, and long-term relationships within a leading CXM organization.

• Manage client interactions along the Customer Journey Map to increase satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead negotiations, presales, and the presentation of commercial offers for assigned accounts
• Share client sales strategy and digital transformation roadmap with PMs and coordinate across multiple PMs on large accounts
• Collaborate with PM/DM during project delivery, attend progress demos and resolve client issues
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; identify risks and propose mitigations
• Identify Up u0026 Cross-Selling opportunities and support post-project reviews with the client
• Lead end-of-project retrospectives, capture lessons, and write success stories
• Coordinate with operations and HR on team allocation, workload tracking, and hiring needs if required
• Support delivery commitments and ensure scope, budget, and deadlines are met
• Communicate client needs to the team and manage changes in scope with stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Large account management experience
• Experience across cloud and enterprise technology ecosystems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Experience in education and/or public sector is a plus
• Minimum of 6 years in business/technology consulting
• Experience in project management
• Experience in digital projects
• Experience in international projects
• High level of English
